1. Machine design suited for high-accuracy machining
A machine for highly efficient and accurate machining Based on this concept, the series includes the choice of hydrostatic spindle and accuracy rolling. By attaching the Balance Vector for automatically measuring and correcting the rotating wheel balance, the vibration during wheel rotation is suppressed to improve accuracy and quality.
2. Machine designed to accommodate high-number grinding wheel and rigid column to utilize minimum resolution of 0.1μm
The main body column has a large width on the front/rear sides and ribs are arranged properly for enhanced rigidity. The vertical axis is equipped with a rigid direct acting rolling guide to accommodate not only an ordinary grinding wheel but also high-number CBN and diamond grinding wheel, achieving an accurate infeed. A fully closed system by scale-feedback can be mounted optionally mounted on the vertical axis and cross axis for accurate pitch grinding.
3. Excellent straightness and shock-free reverse rotation to achieve high-accuracy and high-quality machining
The scraping surface, finished by skilled workman spending time and effort, and unique sliding surface design achieve unprecedented straightness accuracy with restricting a change in travelling line during right/left-table movement and no change in posture caused by the load. The original parts configuration enables smooth reverse rotation of the longitudinal table.
4. Automatic grinding with usability of a general-purpose machine
The vertical axis and cross axis are NC-controlled. After setting a work piece, simply set the grinding conditions and press the AUTO button. Not only rough grinding and fine grinding, but also dressing interval setting is fully automatic. In m irror surface grinding, machining conditions most suited to the materials and tools used can be set by NC, thus realizing labor saving and enhanced efficiency in machining.
